May 25 – 29, 2022
This guided retreat experience offers an opportunity to shift out of your normal day-to-day and re-connect with yourself in one of the most incredible landscapes North America has to offer.
About the Zapata
In addition to enjoying all the highlights Ranchlands has to offer, this retreat includes daily guided breathwork and restorative movement, taught by licensed therapist and XPT Master Coach, Amy Morrison of True Core Health. Whether you’re in need of reprieve after a difficult season, want an excuse to slow down, or simply desire more tools towards navigating unexpected challenges—this restorative work will guide you through understanding your body’s response to stress and anxiety so you’re better equipped to move forward confidently and with peace. Grounded in science, this restorative teaching is applicable to all ages and life stages, regardless of religious affiliation. Your entire retreat experience will be documented by Amy’s event co-lead, EB Combs, sending you home restored and with an incredible gallery of images to remember your week at Ranchlands by.
About the Zapata
Set back in a shady cotton woodgrove beneath the majestic 14,000-foot peaks of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains lies the historic Zapata Ranch headquarters and lodge, which was established in the late 1800’s. Elk, mule deer, migratory birds, eagles, and black bear also call this area home.
The rooms are beautifully furnished and have an elegant southwestern decor that gives them the feel of home. All rooms have individual tiled bathrooms and views that are private, peaceful, and beautiful in any season.Learn More About the Zapata
