Zapata Ranch
July 31 – August 7, 2022
Join us for a week of exploring a simple yet profound teaching that allows for a deeper connection with our equine partners, building a solid foundation of trust in ourselves and our horses.
The Program
Partnered with a Zapata horse for a full week we will focus on developing somatic presence and a bond of mutual trust and understanding. This retreat allows time to develop skills that enhance focus and attention to body language and awareness of how your energy, presence and physical balance positively affects your relationship with horses. With this understanding, you will not only become a better rider with a deeper connection with horses, but can also apply this knowledge to better enjoy your day-to-day life.
About Silver Bramham
Silver was born and raised in London, England, and moved to LA in 2015 to pursue a fashion and advertising make-up career. Having worked in the industry for 21 years she was ready for the next chapter in life and began learning about equine therapy and natural horsemanship. Witnessing clients tapping into their true nature and uncovering peace of mind through insight-based coaching is by far the most rewarding work she has ever done.

Zapata Ranch
Set back in a shady cotton woodgrove beneath the majestic 14,000-foot peaks of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains lies the historic Zapata Ranch headquarters and lodge, which was established in the late 1800’s. Elk, mule deer, migratory birds, eagles, and black bear also call this area home. The rooms are beautifully furnished and have an elegant southwestern decor that gives them the feel of home. All rooms have individual tiled bathrooms and views that are private, peaceful, and beautiful in any season.
