- 2 teaspoons sage
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of sourdough, torn into bread crumbs
- 1 can whole peeled tomatoes
- 8 ounce can of tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
STEP ONE
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 365 degrees. Mix the ground beef, vegetables, spices, eggs, and breadcrumbs together in a large bowl. Place the mixture in the pan and bake for 40 minutes.

To make the sauce, combine the tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes. Using an immersion blender, puree the sauce until silky smooth.
