OUR RETURN POLICY
We hope you’ll enjoy your item for years or decades to come. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we will accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date, and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

Products must be returned in a new and unused condition. Non-salable items cannot be returned.

Please note that all Sample Sale items, custom items, and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To return an item, please follow the easy steps below!
1. Locate your order
If you have an account, sign in, select Order History, then locate and select the order you wish to return. You may also refer to your order confirmation email to locate your order number.
2. Start a return
Once you've located your order, please fill out the form below with your email address, order number, and the reason for your return. A member of our team will review your return request within 2-3 business days and follow up with an email authorizing your return.
3. Package your item
While you wait for your return to be authorized, you can prepare your item for shipment. Please return your item in the original packaging, but feel free to keep your postcard!
4. Ship your return
Once your return has been authorized, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. Please drop your return off at your nearest post office or hand directly to a USPS carrier within 7 days of receiving your return label.
